These forms are in the PDF format. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view and print them.  If you are unable to view them, Practice Records are always available to students every day and can be found on the check-off wall in the Cooley Performing Arts Room. The Cooley Band Handbook will be distributed to each band student at the beginning of the year and will be sent home for parent perusal. The last page must be signed by the student as well as their parent/guardian and returned to Ms. Sugano.
